Processing The bamboo pipes used in our furniture are carefully chosen from mature trees, which are completely healthy and free from any imperfections. Sample material is collected by our experts during the optimal development stage. Its colour, form, structure and physical condition depends on the time when the sample material has been collected. Once chosen, the pipes are transported to our workshop. Then they are put through a cleaning process Later,the pipe diameter is measured, to check for an ideal and consistant shape. At this stage we also do preliminary tube forming- we cut them to suitable length an remove bonds.
